1. Parties and Subject
These Terms of Use (the “Agreement”) are made between [Company name] (“Keci”), address: [Company address], tax office / no: [Tax office] / [Tax number], MERSIS: [MERSIS number], email: [Contact email], phone: [Phone], KEP (registered email): [KEP address] and the person who signs up for the Keci website and broadcast studio (the “User”), in order to set out the terms for using Keci’s services.
The Agreement is formed when the User ticks the box accepting it on the sign-up form and verifies their email address.
2. Description of the Service
Keci consists of a broadcast studio that runs in the browser, simultaneous delivery of the broadcast to the platforms the User chooses (YouTube, Twitch, Kick, Facebook and other services given an RTMP address), guest invitations, on-screen graphics and broadcast scheduling tools.
Keci is not part of any third-party platform and does not set the rules, features or availability of those platforms.
3. Membership and Account Security
To become a member, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of your legal guardian. The User accepts that the information they give when signing up is accurate and up to date.
When the account is signed in to from a new device, a verification code is sent to the email address. The User is responsible for protecting their password and email account and for actions taken through their account. If they notice unauthorised use, they must change their password and inform Keci at [Contact email].
On the Settings page, the User can see and remove their trusted devices and sign out of all other sessions.
4. Connecting Platform Accounts
When the User connects a platform account using the “connect with your account” method, they grant Keci, on that platform’s consent screen, permissions such as creating live broadcasts, editing the broadcast title and retrieving the stream key. These permissions are used only for broadcasts the User starts.
Access tokens are stored encrypted. The User can end the connection at any time by removing the channel from Keci or by revoking the permission in the platform’s account settings.
The User must comply with the terms of use and community guidelines of every platform they broadcast to.
5. Rules of Use
The User is personally responsible for all video, audio, text and graphics they broadcast through Keci and for the guests they invite to the broadcast.
Content that is unlawful; that infringes intellectual and industrial property rights, personal rights or personal data; or that promotes violence, hatred or obscenity may not be broadcast. The service may not be used in a way that harms the infrastructure, prevents others from using it or tries to get around security measures.
Keci reserves the right to stop the broadcast concerned and suspend the account when it finds a breach of these rules or when competent authorities request it.
6. Plans and Payment
The Standard plan is free. Paid plans are bought for a monthly or yearly period and paid in full at the time of purchase; prices and plan features are shown on the Plans page. Prices are in Turkish lira and include VAT; payment is taken through PayTR. Paid plans are currently offered only to Users in Türkiye; Users outside Türkiye can use the free Standard plan. The User’s country is found from the IP address at sign-up.
Plans do not renew automatically. A reminder is sent to the User by email before the period ends; when it ends, the account moves to the Standard plan. When the same plan is bought again, the new period is added on top of the remaining time.
Purchases of paid plans are also subject to the Preliminary Information Form, the Distance Sales Agreement and the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
All rights in the Keci software, design, logo and content belong to Keci. For the term of the Agreement, the User is granted the right to use the service for their personal or corporate broadcasts; the software may not be copied, reproduced or reverse engineered.
Images the User uploads and their broadcast content belong to the User; Keci processes them only to provide the service.
8. Continuity of the Service and Liability
Keci takes reasonable technical measures to provide the service without interruption and securely. Planned maintenance is announced in advance whenever possible.
Keci cannot be held responsible for disruptions caused by outages and changes on third-party platforms, by the User’s internet connection or by force majeure. Except where liability cannot be limited by law, Keci’s liability is limited to the amount the User paid for the service concerned.
9. Personal Data
The User’s personal data is processed as described in the Personal Data Notice (KVKK) and the Privacy Policy. Information on the use of cookies is in the Cookie Policy.
10. Changes and Termination
Keci may change this Agreement. Significant changes to the User’s disadvantage are announced by email at least 15 days before they take effect; if the User does not accept the change, they may end their membership.
The User can ask for their account to be closed by writing to [Contact email]. Keci may terminate the Agreement by notice if it is breached. When the account is closed, personal data is deleted, subject to legal retention obligations.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. For disputes arising from consumer transactions, the consumer arbitration committees at the User’s place of residence or where the transaction was made have jurisdiction within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade, and consumer courts have jurisdiction for disputes above those limits.

Bu Kullanım Koşulları (“Sözleşme”), [Şirket unvanı] (“Keci”), adres: [Şirket adresi], vergi dairesi / no: [Vergi dairesi] / [Vergi numarası], MERSİS: [MERSİS numarası], e-posta: [İletişim e-postası], telefon: [Telefon], KEP: [KEP adresi] ile Keci web sitesine ve yayın stüdyosuna üye olan kişi (“Kullanıcı”) arasında, Keci hizmetlerinin kullanım şartlarını belirlemek amacıyla kurulmuştur.
Kullanıcı, kayıt formunda Sözleşme’yi kabul ettiğini işaretleyip e-posta adresini doğruladığında Sözleşme kurulmuş olur.
2. Hizmetin Tanımı
Keci; tarayıcı üzerinden çalışan bir yayın stüdyosu, yayının Kullanıcı’nın seçtiği platformlara (YouTube, Twitch, Kick, Facebook ve RTMP adresi verilen diğer hizmetler) aynı anda iletilmesi, konuk davet etme, ekran grafikleri ve yayın planlama araçlarından oluşur.
Keci, üçüncü taraf platformların bir parçası değildir; bu platformların kurallarını, özelliklerini ve erişilebilirliğini belirlemez.
3. Üyelik ve Hesap Güvenliği
Üye olabilmek için 18 yaşını doldurmuş olmak ya da yasal temsilcinin onayını almış olmak gerekir. Kullanıcı, kayıt sırasında verdiği bilgilerin doğru ve güncel olduğunu kabul eder.
Hesaba yeni bir cihazdan girişte e-posta adresine doğrulama kodu gönderilir. Kullanıcı; şifresini ve e-posta hesabını korumaktan, hesabı üzerinden yapılan işlemlerden sorumludur. Yetkisiz bir kullanım fark ederse şifresini değiştirmeli ve Keci’ye [İletişim e-postası] adresinden bildirmelidir.
Kullanıcı, Ayarlar sayfasından güvenilir cihazlarını görebilir, kaldırabilir ve diğer tüm oturumları kapatabilir.
4. Platform Hesaplarının Bağlanması
Kullanıcı, bir platform hesabını “hesabınla bağlan” yöntemiyle bağladığında, ilgili platformun izin ekranında Keci’ye canlı yayın oluşturma, yayın başlığını düzenleme ve yayın anahtarını alma gibi yetkiler verir. Bu yetkiler yalnızca Kullanıcı’nın başlattığı yayınlar için kullanılır.
Erişim anahtarları şifrelenerek saklanır. Kullanıcı, kanalı Keci’den kaldırarak ya da platformun hesap ayarlarından izni geri alarak bağlantıyı istediği an sonlandırabilir.
Kullanıcı, yayın yaptığı her platformun kullanım koşullarına ve topluluk kurallarına uymakla yükümlüdür.
5. Kullanım Kuralları
Kullanıcı, Keci üzerinden yayınladığı tüm görüntü, ses, metin ve grafiklerden ve yayına davet ettiği konuklardan bizzat sorumludur.
Hukuka aykırı; fikri ve sınai mülkiyet haklarını, kişilik haklarını veya kişisel verileri ihlal eden; şiddeti, nefreti ya da müstehcenliği teşvik eden içerikler yayınlanamaz. Hizmet; altyapıya zarar verecek, başkalarının kullanımını engelleyecek ya da güvenlik önlemlerini aşmaya yönelik biçimde kullanılamaz.
Keci, bu kurallara aykırılık tespit ettiğinde ya da yetkili makamlarca talep edildiğinde ilgili yayını durdurma ve hesabı askıya alma hakkını saklı tutar.
6. Paketler ve Ödeme
Standart paket ücretsizdir. Ücretli paketler aylık ya da yıllık süreyle, ödeme anında peşin olarak satın alınır; fiyatlar ve paket özellikleri Paketler sayfasında gösterilir. Fiyatlar Türk lirası olup KDV dahildir; ödeme PayTR ile alınır. Ücretli paketler şu an yalnızca Türkiye’deki Kullanıcılara sunulmaktadır; Türkiye dışındaki Kullanıcılar ücretsiz Standart paketi kullanabilir. Kullanıcının ülkesi, kayıt sırasında IP adresinden bulunur.
Paketler otomatik olarak yenilenmez. Süre bitmeden önce Kullanıcı’ya e-posta ile hatırlatma gönderilir; süre dolduğunda hesap Standart pakete geçer. Aynı paket yeniden satın alındığında yeni süre, kalan sürenin üzerine eklenir.
Ücretli paket satın alımları ayrıca Ön Bilgilendirme Formu, Mesafeli Satış Sözleşmesi ve İptal ve İade Koşulları’na tabidir.
7. Fikri Mülkiyet
Keci yazılımı, tasarımı, logosu ve içerikleri üzerindeki tüm haklar Keci’ye aittir. Kullanıcı’ya, Sözleşme süresince hizmeti kişisel ya da kurumsal yayınları için kullanma hakkı tanınır; yazılım kopyalanamaz, çoğaltılamaz ya da tersine mühendislik yapılamaz.
Kullanıcı’nın yüklediği görseller ve yayın içerikleri Kullanıcı’ya aittir; Keci bunları yalnızca hizmeti sunmak için işler.
8. Hizmetin Sürekliliği ve Sorumluluk
Keci, hizmetin kesintisiz ve güvenli sunulması için makul teknik önlemleri alır. Planlı bakım çalışmaları mümkün olduğunca önceden duyurulur.
Üçüncü taraf platformlardaki kesinti ve değişikliklerden, Kullanıcı’nın internet bağlantısından ya da mücbir sebeplerden kaynaklanan aksaklıklardan Keci sorumlu tutulamaz. Keci’nin sorumluluğu, kanunen sınırlandırılamayan haller saklı kalmak kaydıyla, ilgili hizmet için Kullanıcı’nın ödediği bedelle sınırlıdır.
9. Kişisel Veriler
Kullanıcı’ya ait kişisel veriler KVKK Aydınlatma Metni ve Gizlilik Politikası’nda açıklandığı şekilde işlenir. Çerez kullanımına ilişkin bilgiler Çerez Politikası’nda yer alır.
10. Değişiklikler ve Sona Erme
Keci bu Sözleşme’yi değiştirebilir. Kullanıcı aleyhine önemli değişiklikler yürürlüğe girmeden en az 15 gün önce e-posta ile bildirilir; Kullanıcı değişikliği kabul etmezse üyeliğini sonlandırabilir.
Kullanıcı, [İletişim e-postası] adresine yazarak hesabının kapatılmasını isteyebilir. Keci, Sözleşme’ye aykırılık halinde Sözleşme’yi bildirimle feshedebilir. Hesap kapatıldığında kişisel veriler, yasal saklama yükümlülükleri saklı kalmak kaydıyla silinir.
11. Uygulanacak Hukuk ve Uyuşmazlıklar
Bu Sözleşme Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Tüketici işlemlerinden doğan uyuşmazlıklarda, Ticaret Bakanlığı’nca ilan edilen parasal sınırlar dahilinde Kullanıcı’nın yerleşim yerindeki ya da işlemin yapıldığı yerdeki tüketici hakem heyetleri, bu sınırları aşan uyuşmazlıklarda tüketici mahkemeleri yetkilidir.
